I couldn’t recommend iCode Coventry highly enough. I unknowingly bought my X4 with a long list of hidden faults, all confirmed through diagnostic data, and Greg and his team worked through every single issue until everything was resolved.

At my request, they sourced quality used parts where possible to keep costs down and were completely transparent and honest throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent — I was kept fully informed at every stage and always knew exactly what was happening.

They also went above and beyond by sorting several non-safety-related items that they didn’t have to, including fitting headlight washer caps, replacing the glovebox cover and taking care of numerous smaller details. On top of that, they fitted CarPlay and carried out a fresh service.

Without Greg and his team I genuinely don’t think I’d have got the car to where it is now. Easily the best garage I’ve ever used. I’ll definitely be back if needed and will be recommending them to friends and family.
