I couldn’t recommend iCode Coventry highly enough. I unknowingly bought my X4 with a long list of hidden faults, all confirmed through diagnostic data, and Greg and his team worked through every single issue until everything was resolved.

At my request, they sourced quality used parts where possible to keep costs down and were completely transparent and honest throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent — I was kept fully informed at every stage and always knew exactly what was happening.

They also went above and beyond by sorting several non-safety-related items that they didn’t have to, including fitting headlight washer caps, replacing the glovebox cover and taking care of numerous smaller details. On top of that, they fitted CarPlay and carried out a fresh service.

Without Greg and his team I genuinely don’t think I’d have got the car to where it is now. Easily the best garage I’ve ever used. I’ll definitely be back if needed and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I own a 2018 BMW 520d, which did not come with Apple CarPlay installed. After searching online, I found this company and booked an appointment.

I dealt with Greg, who was very professional from start to finish. I arrived for my appointment, and within around 20 minutes he had successfully coded full screen Apple CarPlay onto my existing BMW screen.

The upgrade has made a huge difference to my driving experience. I can now use Google Maps and Waze directly through the car’s display, and Greg even enabled full-screen Apple CarPlay, which looks fantastic.

I was also pleased to receive a one-year warranty for the work carried out, which gave me extra confidence and peace of mind.

The workshop is well organised, with accurate map directions, plenty of parking spaces, and a comfortable waiting area for visitors. While I was there, I noticed they were working on a wide range of vehicles, especially BMWs and Mercedes-Benz models.

I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for professional vehicle coding, Apple CarPlay installation, or other automotive upgrades. Excellent service, great workmanship, and a very positive experience overall.
