My car stereo had corrupted idrive software going off and on every 20 secs. I googled and found it was quite common on the BMWs. Found icodeBMW coventry online. Booked in for a couple of days later, dropped it to them, popped into town for a couple of hours. They messaged me when complete. Picked up, job done perfectly. Very friendly bunch of guys. After a little misunderstanding about fitting day. Greg said he would come to my home instead. Which he did, and spent time explaining what and why he did everything. This really shows such a high level of customer service and professionalism, and to finish, I must have touched something by accident and lost the sound. When I sent Greg a WhatsApp message he replied with the solution within the hour, and I was up and running with sound again. What they don’t know about BMWs isn’t worth knowing.

Fitted touchscreen, new head unit and Apple CarPlay to my 10-year-old BMW ; couldn’t recommend highly enough as it’s transformed the car. Gregg is a lovely guy also.

This is an expert company who tackle in depth coding and problem diagnostics on BMW.
They are well geared up with software particularly ISTA and certainly know how to use it.
They offer a diagnosis and hands on approach tackling just about anything on the vehicle, which also includes mechanical as chose had a ZF gearbox service whilst there.

Highly recommend and I'm fortunate enough to only be 40 minutes away, even if longer I would travel.
