This is an expert company who tackle in depth coding and problem diagnostics on BMW.
They are well geared up with software particularly ISTA and certainly know how to use it.
They offer a diagnosis and hands on approach tackling just about anything on the vehicle, which also includes mechanical as chose had a ZF gearbox service whilst there.

Highly recommend and I'm fortunate enough to only be 40 minutes away, even if longer I would travel.

Very impressed with Greg’s professionalism and superb customer service. They fitted Apple CarPlay and BMW dashcam to my 13-year-old 7-series, and all went smoothly. Particularly impressed when Greg went the extra mile when supplier delivered wrong version of dashcam, and he obtained the correct one within 2 hours while I was there. Great follow-up support too. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Even drove me to nearby canal-side cafe while I waited a few hours for all the work to be completed.
